"Mike Heyl has been my insurance agent at State Farm for many years. Kim Clark, who works with Mike, is my go-to person when it comes to requesting updates for my policies. I have home and auto insurance (and used to have motorcycle insurance) through State Farm, and they work with me to find ways to save money but also to ensure that I have the appropriate amount of coverage. Highly recommend this agency."

"I signed up for a State Farm auto policy online and was never able to achieve reliable communication with this office. The agent on paper was Mike Heyl but he never responded to emails. I'm glad I never had to make a claim as simple communications with their office would take weeks (if receiving a response at all). UPDATE: I appreciate Mike's reply below and am sorry to hear about Jody's passing."

"Daniel, Sorry about your experience with my agency. Jody Reynolds was handling your account and apparently, we let some of your requests slip through the cracks after Jody's death around Christmas. We should have been more diligent. I did suspend your payment plan as soon as I received the note from goss logan and we immediately processed cancellation request. It was an oversight on our part to not follow up with confirmation of your cancellation request. Mike Heyl"
